职位描述： Job Description · Energetically support the objective that Danfoss should be among the most important suppliers of burner components in the area and APAC; · Energetically train customers to be familiar with Danfoss components; · Provide internal technical training in the area and APAC; · Know customers technical requirement and involve in developing suitable types of components with HQ for the area and APAC; · Analyze components failure and give solution quickly; · Comment on improving burner quality to reach international quality in the area; · Cordially support target OEMs in the area to enter into international market by commenting on quality control, approval, business operational situation and procedure; · Closely follow up technical development in burning industry and insightfully catch the opportunities for business development in technology substitutes; Requirements: Educational background: · Master/ Bachelor in engineering or equivalent with significant relevant knowledge. · Priority for the major in heating or mechanical engineering. Professional Skill: · Good communication skill and presentation skills · Good team player with cross functional coordination skill · Fluent in English and good PC skill · Background in Engineering; · Strong abilities in product development and quick problem solving; · Quick learner and ready for change; Experience required: · Over 3 years’ relevant experience in Engineering Attitude: · High responsibility sense with positive attitude and able to work under pressure · Passionate · Result-oriented · Proactive and initiative Personal characteristics: · Warm and friendly · Cooperative and service oriented · Trust and honest · Willing to travel;
