循环流化床燃烧(CFBC )技术作为新型成熟的**低污染清洁燃烧技术,具有许多其他燃烧方式没有的特点。
  1、循环流化床属于低温燃烧,因此氮氧化物排放远低于煤粉炉, 并可实现在燃烧过程中直接脱硫。脱硫率高,且技术设备经济简单。
  2、煤种适应性广且燃烧效率高,特别适合低热值劣质煤。
  3、排出的灰渣活性好,易于实现综合利用,无二次灰渣污染。
  4、负荷调节范围大。低负荷可降到满负荷的百分之30左右。
  我公司推出的低倍率循环流化床锅炉产品,使锅炉的磨损问题、回 料装置的结渣堵灰、锅炉原始排放浓度及排渣问题获得完全的改善,以 满足用户需要。在我国目前环保要求日益严格,煤种多变,原煤直燃比 例高,燃煤与环保的矛盾曰益突出的情况下,循环流化床锅炉已经成为一项环保节能产品。
结构特点 1、锅炉炉膛为膜式水冷壁结构,钢耗少,散热损失少。 2、采用具有专利技术的旋冈分离器,阻力小,分离效率高。 3、采用具有专利技术的风帽结构,易更换,低阻力,不倒灰。 4、优化二次风布置及喷口流速,降低二次风机压头。 5、采用高流量,低阻力返料装置,在保证锅炉安装运行的同时能节约电耗。 6、可靠的防磨措施,延长锅炉的使用寿命。 外循环流化床蒸汽锅炉参数表

内循环流化床锅炉的结构特点 1、采用膜式水冷壁将燃烧室、分离器和飞灰返料系统巧妙布置成一体。结构紧凑,分离器结构设计独特。 2、返料系统设置多个回料口,使循环灰返入燃烧室时沿炉深方向均匀布置,回料均匀。 3、优化横埋管的布置,降低埋管自身的磨损,延长运行时间。 4、分离器入口增加导流器及偏置中心筒,提高分离效率。 5、优化冈帽头部形状,改善冈帽区的流场状况,提高料层的流化质量。
